Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time. Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

In many states, perjury is a felony. However, the judge could still just place you on probation if the result of your lie is not very serious. If your perjury involves the federal government, such as lying on your tax return, you risk a minimum of a year in prison, plus fines.
Perjury is considered a serious offense, as it can be used to usurp the power of the courts, resulting in miscarriages of justice. In the United States, for example, the general perjury statute under federal law classifies perjury as a felony and provides for a prison sentence of up to five years.
Unfortunately, the typical answer is no. Perjury is considered a criminal matter, not a civil one. ... Indeed, there are not even mechanisms in place for recovering restitution for the crime, since the resulting harm does not create easily defined monetary damages in most situations.
Affidavit. An affidavit is a voluntary, sworn statement made under oath, used as verification for various purposes. ... Once signed, the document is legally binding and the person signing is subject to being charged with perjury if the affidavit contains false information.
An affidavit is a document written statement filed by an affine as evidence in court. In order to be admissible, affidavits must be notarized by a notary public. There are two types of judicial notarization: an acknowledgement and a Surat.
An affidavit is a type of verified statement or showing, or in other words, it contains a verification, meaning it is under oath or penalty of perjury, and this serves as evidence to its veracity and is required for court proceedings.
Thus a person who signs on an affidavit format which is not notarized can comfortably deny his signatures on the document and in case the document is not proved in evidence no action can be taken on the basis of the statement embodied therein.
