What do you like best?
I like how intuitive PDFfiller works compared to using a typical graphic design application to fill out PDF forms. PDFfiller does a good job at understanding how to format common documents and makes it easy for me to download files after filling them out. I think that the pricing for PDFfiller is very reasonable and the website is designed very professionally.
What do you dislike?
I have been able to use PDFfiller very smoothly in the time that I've used it, but it's not always perfect when it comes to formatting certain documents. I think they are improving all the time though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend PDFfiller for filling out digital documents, for sure. I think if you compare it to other cloud-based software tools, you'll see that it can work more smoothly with your workflow in many cases.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We work with lots of digital documents, and since it can take a long time to fill them out through printing, writing and scanning, PDFfiller really helps to streamline the document filling and signing process. Everyone on our team that uses PDFfiller was able to start using it without problems pretty quickly.

Love the app! Overall I really like the app and it has been quite useful for me as a realtor =) Great way to fill out forms and make your own fillable master form. I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Review and complete the Advance Health Care Planning: Making Your Wishes Known Booklet. Complete An Advance Health Care Directive Form. Give a copy to your doctor, power of attorney and family. If necessary, complete a Provider Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (POST) Form.
Advance directive written document (form) that tells what a person wants or doesn't want if he/she in the future can't make his/her wishes known about medical treatment. A breathing machine, CPR, and artificial nutrition and hydration are examples of life-sustaining treatments.
There are two main elements in an advance directive living will and a durable power of attorney for health care. There are other documents that can supplement your advance directive. You can choose which documents to create, depending on how you want decisions to be made.
A medical or health care power of attorney is a type of advance directive in which you name a person to make decisions for you when you are unable to do so. In some states this directive may also be called a durable power of attorney for health care or a health care proxy.
The POST form is a set of medical orders, similar to the do-not resuscitate (allow natural death) order. POST is not an advance directive. POLST does not substitute for naming a health care agent or durable power of attorney for health care.
State-by-State POST Forms. A Physicians Order for Life Sustaining Treatment (POST) form is a legal document for people with advanced illnesses that specifies the type of care a person would like in an emergency medical situation. If a medical professional has not signed the form, it is not legally binding.
A do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order can also be part of an advance directive. A DNR is a request not to have CPR if your heart stops or if you stop breathing. You can use an advance directive form or tell your doctor that you don't want to be resuscitated. Your doctor will put the DNR order in your medical chart.
Differences between an advance directive and a POST Form Unlike advance directives, a POLST summarizes the patients' wishes in the form of medical orders. An advance directive is a legal document that allows you to share your wishes with your health care team if you can't speak for yourself.
5 - Who can complete a POLST Form? A POST Form is completed by a health care professional in conversation with the patient. Since it is a medical order it must be signed by a health care professional to be valid (which health care professional can sign varies by state).
