initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

Click on your computer's “Start" menu, then click "Control Panel" and “Printers." Select the HP printer that is connected to your computer and click on “Preferences" before clicking on the "Maintenance” window. Disable the ink level monitor and click “OK." Does not work.

Can you use other ink cartridges in an HP printer?
Here's the thing, yes, you can refill your cartridges or use remanufactured cartridges, but you may run into problems. The results: original HP ink jet print cartridges far surpassed ink refills in both print quality and reliability.
