It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

What do you like best?
I started using PDFfiller as an alternative to Adobe Acrobat, which is not available for Chromebook. I expected it to be something I could use to make small edits to PDFs and also to fill in non-fillable forms. It has proven to be way WAY more than that. I like that the program is incredibly versatile
What do you dislike?
I wish I could save files to by Google Drive into the folders that I want rather than having to move them from the PDFfiller folder.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it first, but it really is that good.

Do minors have to be on lease?
As mentioned earlier minors are not considered tenants and do not have to be on the lease. They can be listed as occupants if state laws allow but cannot sign the lease. If a landlord has a minor sign a lease it won't hold up in the court as a viable contract since the minor is not considered an adult.
Can you lease an apartment at 17?
Most states set the age of majority, or legal adulthood, at 18, preventing a minor from entering into a binding rental contract or lease. However, legal emancipation, marriage or military service may allow a 17-year-old to rent an apartment on her own.
