Once you get used to the typing sequences - it is the bomb!!! DITTO but at first it is extremely frustrating & if do not use it on a regular basis - you always recall the truly pain in the ----- re this aspect.

Instant Payment Notification (IPN) is a message service that notifies you of events related to PayPal transactions. You can use IPN messages to automate back-office and administrative functions, such as fulfilling orders, tracking customers, or providing status and other transaction-related information.
Log into your PayPal account. Click on the cog icon in the right-hand corner and then on Account Settings. Under Solutions and Services click on Website Payments. Look for an option labelled Instant Payment Notification. Click Choose IPN Settings.
PayPal now lets you instantly transfer money to bank accounts. Instant Transfer to bank accounts lets you move money faster, though there's a fee. Instant Transfers usually take just a few minutes depending on the bank, said PayPal, while debit card transfers can take up to 30 minutes.

Click the settings icon at the top of your PayPal account page and then click Account Settings. On the Notifications page, click the Update link for the Instant payment notifications item. Click Choose IPN Settings to specify your listener's URL and activate the listener.
