Put Page Break Notification: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller
The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most common document format for a variety of reasons. It's accessible from any device to share them between desktops and phones with different screens and settings. It'll appear the same no matter you open it on a Mac or an Android phone.
Security is another reason we rather to use PDF files for storing and sharing personal information and documents. That’s why it’s important to choose a secure editor, especially when working online. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents and track potential breaches in security.
pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and send your PDF using one browser window. Convert an MS Word file or a Google spreadsheet and start editing it and create some fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you finish editing a document, send it to recipients to fill out and get a notification when they're done.
Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a template’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask other people to fill out the fields. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.
