Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.

You can write a letter to Revenue NSW requesting for a review of a penalty notice. There is no fee to ask for a review. When Revenue NSW receives your request, they may send it to the department that issued the fine, such as the NSW Police Force, Roads and Maritime Services (RMS), or Rail corp.
You can apply for a review by writing to the agency that gave you the fine. The agency's contact details are on the fine. You will need to explain why you think the fine should be reviewed. You will also need to provide your current residential address.
You can ask for a review even if you have paid the fine. If you paid the fine in full: before you received a penalty reminder notice, you can ask for a review up until 60 days after the date the penalty notice was issued.
To request a review of your fine visit penalty, our secure online service. To login, you'll need to enter the penalty or infringement notice number and the date of the offense. If you've lost your notice, contact us or complete the inquiry form.
If you pay a fine, you can still elect (choose) to go to court to challenge the fine. If you have paid a fine after receiving a penalty reminder notice, you can elect to go to court any time before the due date on the penalty reminder notice.
The Tone of the Letter The first thing you should write is how sorry you are for the infraction. Admit the truth that there is no excuse for your lack of judgment while you were driving that day, and apologize sincerely for making such an error.
You can ask for a review even if you have paid the fine. If you paid the fine in full: before you received a penalty reminder notice, you can ask for a review up until 60 days after the date the penalty notice was issued.
When you get a fine, you will have by the due date (or 21 days from when it was served if there is no due date) to pay it. If you do not pay your fine in time, it will be sent to Revenue NSW. Revenue NSW will send you a penalty reminder notice to remind you of the fine.
