some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

Select the text or bulleted list you want to change. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the arrow next to Bulleted List. , and then click Define New Bullet. Click Font and then change the font properties to be used for the bullet. You can choose settings on the Font tab or Advanced tab:
Position the insertion point where you want the bullet to appear. Choose Symbol from the Insert menu. Use the Font drop-down list to select the font you want to use for the bullet. Double-click on the bullet character you want inserted. Click on Close.
Go to File > Options > Proofing. Select AutoCorrect Options, and then select the Autocrat As You Type tab. Select or clear Automatic bulleted lists or Automatic numbered lists. Select OK.
Click in the list to which you want to add picture bullets or symbols. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the arrow next to Bullets, and then click Define New Bullet. In Word for Windows:
Select the three paragraphs and choose Format Bullets and Numbering, Numbering tab, then hit the Customize button. Change the formatting and hit OK. Keeping the paragraphs selected, choose Format Styles and Formatting from the menu. Go to Tools Customize and choose the Commands tab.
