To save the completed form, choose File > Save As and rename the file. To remove extended Reader features, choose File > Save A Copy. To allow Reader users to save the data they typed, choose File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (Includes Form Fill-in & Save).
Open the Start menu, search “Devices and Printers” and click that option. Right-click on the printer whose settings you'd like to save and click “Printer Properties.” Press the Parts button to take a screenshot of the information in the general tab, open a Word document, and press Ctrl + V to paste the image.
Click File → Print Choose the settings you would like to have as default for every time you print. Click the Main tab. Click the Edit Settings button. Make sure “Use printer Properties from currently selected printer” is NOT checked in. Click the Save button to save the changes.
Right-Click in the Lower Left Corner of the desktop, select Control Panel. Select Devices and Printers. Right-Click on the printer's icon, select Printing Preferences. The Printing Preferences dialogue opens.
Right click printer, select Properties. Go to Advanced tab. Click Printing Defaults button. Change the settings.
Navigate to Windows Start menu. Click “Settings” Click “Devices” in the Settings dialog. Make sure you are in the section “Printers & scanners” Disable the setting “Let Windows manage my default printer” by setting it to “Off”. Click the Print&Share printer 'Print+Share' and select “Set as default”.
