Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

Open the Document You Want to Sign
Upload your document to pdfFiller and open it in the Fillable Document Editor.

Click on the "Signature" Button
Select the "Signature" button located on the toolbar on the right side of the editing window.

Choose the Self Install Digital Sign Option
Select the "Self Install Digital Sign" option from the list of signature options.

Install the Signature Creator
pdfFiller will prompt you to install the Signature Creator. Click "Download for Free" and follow the prompts to install the software on your computer.

Enter Your Name and Email
Once the software has been downloaded and installed, enter your name and email address in the fields provided. This information will be used to create your digital signature.

Draw or Upload Your Signature
You can either draw your signature using your mouse or stylus on the Signature Creator software, or you can upload a scanned image of your hand-drawn signature.

Save and Apply Your Signature
Once you've created your signature, click "Save" to save the signature to your pdfFiller account. Then, click "Apply" to add the signature to your document.

Finalize and Send Your Document
Once you've added your digital signature, finalize your document by adding any other necessary information or editing the document as needed. Finally, save the document and send it to its intended recipient.
