Locating forms is a little… Locating forms is a little slow/complicated. Also would like to be able to save information that will be repeated on other fillable forms.

Column store databases store data in columns instead of rows. They make it possible to compute statistics on those columns one to two orders of magnitude or more, faster than on traditional row-oriented databases.
At a basic level, row stores are great for transaction processing. Column stores are great for highly analytical query models. Row stores have the ability to write data very quickly, whereas a column store is awesome at aggregating large volumes of data for a subset of columns.
In a Column store table, Data is stored vertically. In a conventional database, data is stored in Row based structure i.e. horizontally. SAP HAND stores data in both row and Column based structure. This provides Performance optimization, flexibility and data compression in HAND database.
In a Column store table, Data is stored vertically. In a conventional database, data is stored in Row based structure i.e. horizontally. SAP HAND stores data in both row and Column based structure. This provides Performance optimization, flexibility and data compression in HAND database.
Column store is the part of the SAP HAND database and manages data in columnar way in SAP HAND memory. Column tables are stored in Column store area. The Column store provides good performance for write operations and at the same time optimizes the read operation.
Existing indexes are kept unchanged when a table is moved from row store to column store or vice versa. Only the internal representation is changed (row store: SUBTREE, column store: INVERTED).
The row is an order in which people, objects or figures are placed alongside or in a straight line. A vertical division of facts, figures or any other details based on category, is called column. Rows go across, i.e. from left to right. On the contrary, Columns are arranged from up to down.
Columns are the vertical grouping, while rows are in horizontal.
