I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

Select the range you want to check usually that's your entire spreadsheet area. From the Format menu, choose Conditional Formatting. From the Condition 1 dropdown, choose Formula Is. Enter the following formula: =CELL(“Protect”,A1)=1. Click Format and apply an appropriate format, say, a back color. Click OK.
Protect or lock cell values based on background color with VBA code. Hold down the ALT + F11 keys to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications window. Click Insert > Module, and paste the following code in the Module Window.
Right-click the sheet tab (the sheet with cells you need to lock or unlock based on values in another cell), and click View Code from the right-clicking menu. Then copy and paste the following VBA code into the Code window.
Select the cell or range of cells you want to format. Click Home > Format Cells dialog launcher, or press Ctrl+Shift+F. On the Fill tab, under Background Color, pick the color you want.
Reason #1, Conditional Formatting: Click on the Home Ribbon. Click on the Conditional Formatting button. From the drop-down menu click on Clear Rules. Select either Clear Rules From Selected Cells or Clear Rules From Entire Sheet
