Instructions and Help about nfpa 72 inspection and

Well this is John Hill from Allegiance technology, and I'm going to do a short video demonstration of our NFPA 72 inspection testing and maintenance one it's very simple it's just like writing on a piece of paper with a pen, and you can go ahead and print or do script whichever you feel most comfortable with and then just put that information in and when you pull your pet away from the screen it's automatically translated into type text so what I'm going to do is show you some more examples of how to fill out these blocks, and I'm just going to fill these in again this won't translate until my pen pulls away from the screen which you can't see on the video I'm pulling away now, and it's automatically instantly translated, so I'm just going to go ahead and scroll down to show you the rest of the form one of the nice things is that you can do check boxes and whether you like to do X's or checks it doesn't really matter if you make a mistake, and you want to correct it I can just turn my pen around, and now you see the little eraser icon I tap on that X and what will happen is that is automatically erased, and then I can just make it weekly instead, and it'll be changed, so I could go down and fill out this information one of the nice things is that if you're writing the same things over and over you can use our common phrases tool now I don't necessarily have ones that fit this exact problem, but you can see that I have different phrases for different kinds of customers, so I'm just going to pick one from the list here and pop it into this space, and it's automatically filled in, so again these aren't really germane to this particular form, but you can see how they can be added, so I can add phrases, and you could have a whole list of phrases that would shorten the whole process for you, so I'm going to close that box you can see that I could continue to go down here and fill that out and when I'm ready for page two I just go up to the top and choose page two, and it's the same process again just go out and fill out all the information and go ahead and put that in their checkboxes and filling out the forms same thing on page three I can do this if I like to do marks however you work now with the paper and pen you can do that I could put my initials in here JR and the time will see it's four twenty-nine, and you can see that that is automatically translated if I don't like something let's say I want to edit this without rewriting it I can just draw a line backwards through the box and let's say I wanted to put my fall information I could just put J Hill and then have that information in there, so it's very easy to correct I did it there by handwriting I'll show you again if I wanted to change this to Hall I could just tap there and then just tap on the keyboard, so that's very simple again same thing through the whole form you can do all the checkboxes add comments all that kind of information, and then I'm ready to go on to page four into page...
