Instructions and Help about contest notice delinquency suspend license

At the Mansion law firm we believe everyone deserves a second chance recently I had a client come to me with a whole mess of problems with their driver's license the first thing we had to deal with is he was on probation for two driving on suspended license cases he had been put on probation I believe in May and when he came to me, he had violated that probation now the violations were a little trivial said that he hadn't paid his collections core payment, and then he had done a class one-day late, but they were violations done the less also he found out that at the point that the public defender's office had pled him out to these previous to driving on suspended license there was a third one hanging out there that nobody had taken care of, so he came to us with these three open cases the two violations of probation and an old driving on suspended license case while I was looking at everything I talked to the client I looked over his driver's license record and I said you know it may be a long shot, but we may be able to fix your license and get it out of habitual traffic offender status, so he said okay let's give it a shot, and we had to file four different motions in this particular case to fix his license and the judge granted all four of them taking away some of the strikes that the client had against him, and he was able to get back a valid license well at the point that we were able to do this the client went immediately got a valid license, so it was great when we showed up to court on the violation of probation cases for driving on a suspended license and her client had a valid license the judge basically looked at the violations said they were trivial the fact that the client now had a license he dismissed both violations or probation, so the client didn't have any other violation of probation they had to deal with now the client did have this final case kind of hang out there and because the client had a valid license back the violation of probation were dismissed the prosecutor in that courtroom gave the client of fine, and we were able to walk away from what seemed to be a horrible mess when he came into my office with a valid license the client off probation no violations of probation and a small fine for that last case
