Everybody I'm going to do a quick video with how to video on how to grade your across its fabric I know loving all the form come on and ask how we get the lawns on here and how will you set it up to where we can use it as a guide to cross it some people use it instead of counting I actually use mine just kind of another if a certain stitches for say the line, and it doesn't hit the line that I know that it needs to be picked gonna pulled out and redone, and I'm just using mainly just says this is a fail-safe to make sure I'm on the right spot in that um in a chart and my stitches are finding up with a ship it's on up I choose to use a water-soluble pin they make all kind of pants there's air soluble I think there's my purple there are pencils there are different colors of pins I'm simply use fishing line and metallic I stick with the water-soluble pin um I try to ward water-soluble pencil, and it wouldn't end up damaging the fabric which I also need to add always test your fabric in your pen I test each new pin and I tested each fabric piece about it before I actually use it just mark a little spot up in the corner that way if it doesn't come off it, you know it isn't ruined the whole piece of fabric um they didn't make like the wider mark the white markers for your darker fabric if you're doing like a maybe blue background or a black background um the biggest tip would be to make like I said test your fabric in your marker and also make sure that your floss and your fabric is colorfast you know you don't want to use over DEAD fabric that's not colorfast, and you stitch your whole project throw in the water, and it bleeds or if the faces over time you know, and I think want to make sure it's all colorfast and that it's not going to bleed once it's wet some people wash their projects after getting in the washer I tend to wash my own by hand I used very gentle no fabric softer and Washington by hand um they also um, um simply use the fishing line which pulls out I'm afraid that I stitched my stitches up on my attention pretty tight I'm afraid that I would be able to pull the grid line out from beneath it and that's pretty much it's just going to show you how to get the fabric ok so here see how to part of the grinding across such fabric it's kind of a second video um I had a camera issue the other one just still my first time really using a tripod in this way so bear with me if I get some bad angles I apologize um the supplies you need to gauge a fabric of court are a course with Eric and your pet tag is on this one that I wasn't doing any copyright infringement beautiful pattern I use straight pins your water-soluble markers assess if you choose or whatever I don't you're choosing you and I use this little foam poster board I get at Walmart like a dollar in the kids school supply section and that way I can push my pushpins into the actual board plus and I worked on my table the markers after you've tested your fabric and make sure that the...
