Form 2 of the Schedule to the Leasehold Reform (Notices) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2002 (as amended) LEASEHOLD REFORM ACT 1967 Notices (1) Insert name, address and telephone number of person (including the person's representative) and, in Scotland, the applicant's legal representative. See note 2 below. (2) Indicate person's legal capacity to deal with this application. To(1): (2) Notify that the application has been approved in principle by a person not more than (a) in the case of a landlord who is the tenant of a residential complex or any building in it, the chief executive of the local authority which administered or has administered the residential complex or building or, if there is no such authority, the chairman or secretary of the local planning authority, or (b) in the case of a person who is a trustee of a trust, the administrator of the trust. See note 3 below. (3) Notify that this notice is to be served on the landlord at the address provided on the application. To(1): and (3) Notify the landlord that, subject to paragraphs 18-19 of Schedule B to the Government of Scotland Powers in Scotland Act 1990 (c. 23) 1-5), these Regulations may be executed by him or her. See note 4 below and Schedule C of the Government of Scotland Powers in Scotland Act 1990 (c. 23) 1-5). Schedule A to the Leasehold Reform (Notices) (England) Regulations 2002 (as amended) LEASEHOLD REFORM ACT 1967 Notice of Application (1) Add the name, address and date of birth of the tenant to the Notice of Application.
