Go to our Online Returns Portal. Look up your order using your order confirmation or invoice # and your last name, phone #, or zip code. Choose which order and/or items you would like to return. Purchase a FedEx shipping label at a discounted rate from JEGS.
JEGS is happy to accept returns on orders returned to us inside our 60-day return window as long as they are New and Unused. We do charge Process, Restock and Repackaging fees if your order meets the requirements below.
You can make a return to us using our Online Returns Portal; this portal allows you to locate the order you need to return parts from, select the parts you wish to return, and purchase a return shipping label at a discounted rate to return to us. JEGS does allow you to return items to us with any carrier you choose.

Our returns process take 5-7 business days from the date we receive the return in our facility. JEGS is not able to issue you a refund until the return is fully processed. Most financial institutions process refunds in 2-3 business days. Some smaller banks such as credit unions can take 5-7 business days.
