Hi and welcome everyone today I'm going to be covering Microsoft Access 2016 we have a video request from Carrie says would you do a video on how to do a subform well I'm going to make that video right now, and it's a good question because the sub forms are on the mos certification exam, so I'm going to show you what they could be used for and how to do them right now let's go ahead and get started all right, so we see a table that I have a database that I've created right here I have two tables on it a table for lab supplies and a table for vendors all right, so I'm going to open up both tables to show you what's in them, and we see here let me close this field list all right we see here we have our lab supplies which show all the different lab supplies that we're going to need and then the vendors basically the people that sell us these lab supplies all right, so I want to create a form based off of these but not just a form a subform which utilizes both tables all right so let's take a look at the vendors these are all of our different vendors here now I'm interested in getting the vendor ID, so I could tell the ID of the vendor and the vendor name, and then I want on that form I also want it to display the lab supplies I want to display the item ID and the item name so here's how I would create a subform to do that first I make sure all objects are closed then I go to the creation tab then I go to the forms group and I click right here on form wizard I click form wizard to open that up the form wizard dialog box will appear right here, and then I can choose the table or the query that I want to select for my form and subform alright so right here I see I have two tables those are my two choices right there so the first one I want to select is vendor I see I have vendor ID right here and vendor name I select both of those fields because I want them to be in my form all right now I'm going to click on the lab supplies now I want to get the item ID and the item name from my lab supplies all right once I have the selected fields that I want right here I'm going to click Next alright now it says how do you want to view your data alright we see both of our tables right here we see by vendors on top and by lab supplies is on bottom now I see a preview right here of what this form and subform are going to look like with vendor ID right there followed by a vendor name and then item ID and item name all right now you can switch these up, but typically you're going to leave it as is by the first one that you want, and you'll make sure that form with sub forms is selected right there then you'll click finish or next it'll give you more options here, and you can leave it as data sheet or tabular, and then you can choose your name and your other options here I'm just going to click finish, and we see now that it creates my forms right here in it sets that as lab supplies sub form I see that I have my vendor ID my vendor name and then within the sub form...

An e-ticket is an electronic ticket that serves as proof of an airline reservation. It is typically issued in the form of an email containing a PDF file which can be printed out. An e-ticket replaces the traditional paper ticket, and allows passengers to check-in for their flight online or at the airport using their booking reference or passport details.
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) requires all airlines to use electronic ticketing (e-ticketing) for all flights. All passengers are required to have an e-ticket to board a plane.
1. Open the eticket you have been emailed. 2. Enter your personal information in the required fields such as your name, contact details, and payment information. 3. Confirm that all the details are correct and submit your eticket. 4. Print or save a copy of your eticket for your records.
The information that must be reported on an eticket includes the passenger's name, the flight number, departure and arrival times, the fare class, the departure and arrival airports, the seat number, and any applicable fees or taxes.
The purpose of an e-ticket is to provide a digital or electronic version of a ticket for various purposes, primarily in the transportation industry. It replaces the traditional paper ticket and offers several advantages. E-tickets are commonly used for air travel, train journeys, bus trips, concerts, exhibitions, and other events. The key purposes of an e-ticket are: 1. Convenience: E-tickets eliminate the need for physical tickets as they are stored digitally, reducing the risk of loss or misplacement. They can be easily accessed and managed from mobile devices or computers. 2. Efficiency: E-tickets streamline the ticketing process by avoiding the need for printing, distribution, and handling of physical tickets. This saves time, resources, and reduces the environmental impact. 3. Flexibility: E-tickets can be booked and managed online, allowing users to make changes, reschedule or cancel their booking easily, if permitted by the ticketing provider. 4. Cost-effectiveness: E-tickets often eliminate the need for physical infrastructure and personnel associated with traditional ticketing systems, resulting in cost savings for both customers and service providers. 5. Security: E-tickets usually incorporate unique codes or barcodes that help prevent counterfeiting or unauthorized duplication. This enhances security and prevents fraud. 6. Integration: E-tickets can be seamlessly integrated with other digital platforms, such as travel management systems or event booking apps, facilitating a smoother end-to-end experience for users. Overall, the purpose of e-tickets is to streamline ticketing processes, enhance convenience, and provide a more efficient and flexible ticketing experience for both customers and service providers.
The penalty for the late filing of an e-ticket can vary depending on the specific circumstances and the policies of the entity or organization handling the ticket. In some cases, there may be no penalty at all, or a nominal fee may be charged. However, in other situations, the penalty can be more severe and may include additional fees, cancellation of the ticket, or even legal consequences. It is best to consult the terms and conditions of the e-ticket provider or contact their customer service to understand the specific penalty for late filing.
