Hey guys hoping to mash hacks my name is Ben my names Anthony and today were looking at a 1500 keg line cleaner and how to build one it's got simple parts from Buntings its really easy to put together and its one of the best things you can do to maintain your generator and the beer lines in it so in this video were going to construct this and then were going to go and use it lets check it out so Zeke what have we got we've got the pressure cleaner here which is from Buntings it cost about 7, and we've got a gas a sorry a liquid post with a universal poppet and that's going to attach to the top of the nozzle bit area, and we've got a just a 17 spanner there to take the liquid posts off and on two kegs basically and some thread tape to attach it to the nozzle as well so what were going to do is yeah basically attach this liquid post to the nozzle of this pump pressure cleaner container thing, so the first step were going to be doing is where going to be taking this end nozzle bit off the sprayer because this will give us a good thread close to what we need for the post, but it's not going to be exactly the same which is where the thread tape comes in so as you can see there it's almost a good fit but not quite, so you need to use thread tape to create a good seal it will make its own thread in the plastic, so next step okay some of this rotate this is just the standard Teflon throw tape you get so crack that soothe red tape you probably want to be running it the same way that you screw they'll screw it on it's a bit hard to get sometimes started yep we want to probably go around about five or six times turning okay just enough that it can grip on their pretty well yep so give that a go now so just wrap that up like just enough to hold the pop it on there just to make sure pop is sorry on the cake post just to make sure there are no leaks are coming out and give it a bit more to grip onto because it's not quite the same threading that you need yep okay, so next step would be to actually it so make sure you put the pop it in as well as that's you need that otherwise its just gonna start spraying out because this trigger will no longer work, so you want to just put this in their like that and then touch it on their just go slow as you can on there because you don't want to go too fast and thread it so just go slow and so basically what you're reading Aaron thread similar threads yep yeah nearly there go most of the way on because it will give it more yep, so you can go most of the way on as well yeah, and we have it that's all there is to it, so now we've attached this post on here and no leaks yeah its sounding good, so I guess well give it a test now so here we go the generator you can see I've got my dirty lines I've got a couple with just water in them, but this is our dirty line I don't know if you can see that very well now what we've done is we've already put in some hot water and some PBA into our pressure cleaner thing here we've pumped it...
