Oct 1, 2021•Knowledge Click on Sign In. Enter in your email address and password associated with your PC Optimum account. Once logged in your account, select Account at the bottom of the screen. Click on Settings. Select Edit Personal Information. From there, you can update the below fields: Click on Save Changes.
FYI: Email Creation will no long work for Optimum/Suddenlink emails after May 4, 2021. existing emails will continue to work. However after May 4th, new and existing customers won't be able to create any new Optimum or Suddenlink Email Accounts. And yes people still use and create them quite often.
