The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!

Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
