So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.
New user but so far it's great product at a fair price
Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.
This site has saved me thousands of work hours!!!

What is a supply agreement?
A supply agreement is a legally binding contract between a supplier and a purchaser where the supplier agrees to provide goods or services as defined in the contract. This agreement is essential for establishing clear expectations and responsibilities, minimizing disputes, and ensuring compliance. Commonly used in various business transactions, these agreements lay the foundation for effective procurement and delivery activities.
Core components of a supply agreement
-
An introduction includes key details about the supplier and buyer, the effective date, and jurisdiction.
-
Clarifying terms such as Goods, Services, Purchase Order, and Force Majeure improves contract clarity.
-
A detailed description of the Goods and Services, including specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
-
Defines the agreement's duration and conditions under which either party may terminate the contract.
How are pricing and payment terms structured?
Pricing structures in a supply agreement outline how costs are determined, including discounts and payment deadlines. Clarity in invoicing procedures and payment terms is crucial to preventing disputes. For instance, stipulating payment terms such as 'Net 30 days' informs buyers when payment is due.
What are ownership and risk clauses?
Ownership clauses define when the ownership of Goods shifts from the supplier to the buyer, often occurring upon delivery. Risk allocation determines which party is liable in case of loss or damage. Understanding these clauses can significantly affect liability and ensure protection for both parties.
What to include in warranties and guarantees?
Warranties in a supply agreement assure the buyer that the Goods meet specified conditions. Their inclusion secures buyer confidence, establishing conditions under which the warranties apply. For example, any defects in goods might be specified to be corrected within a certain timeframe at no cost to the buyer.
Understanding force majeure clauses
Force majeure clauses protect both parties from unforeseeable circumstances like natural disasters, which could hinder contractual obligations. By defining what constitutes a force majeure event, these clauses provide guidance on how obligations are affected, maintaining fairness and predictability in the agreement.
