So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Great Product Great Product. For years I've sought out a decent option for filling forms and signing them, as an enduser, not a provider of the document. This was very easy to do. I needed my husband's signature on it and the fact that I was able to send him a notification and had him sign from his phone REALLY made my day. AWESOME!!!

I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.

What is a real estate power of attorney?

A Real Estate Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal document that authorizes one person, known as the Agent, to act on behalf of another person, the Principal, in real estate transactions. This form is crucial for those unable to manage their affairs directly. It simplifies real estate processes, ensuring smooth operations without requiring the Principal’s physical presence.
  • The purpose of a Real Estate POA is to allow the Agent to perform various real estate actions, which may include buying or selling property.
  • Having a Power of Attorney can expedite transactions, especially for individuals who may be out of town or are incapacitated.
  • Understanding key terms like 'Principal', 'Agent', and 'Authority' is vital for navigating the document.

Who are the key parties involved?

In a Real Estate Power of Attorney agreement, two primary parties are involved: the Principal and the Agent. It's essential to clarify their responsibilities to prevent any misuse of authority and maintain transparency.
  • The Principal assigns authority, retains the right to revoke the power, and ensures the Agent acts in their best interest.
  • The Agent must conduct transactions faithfully, uphold the Principal's wishes, and keep accurate records of all activities performed on behalf of the Principal.
  • Properly identifying each party in the POA is crucial for legality; full names and addresses must be provided to prevent disputes.

What powers are granted to the Agent?
