Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I don't have a scanner available so I googled and found PDFfiller. I was able to get my forms filled out, signed, and sent back in a very short time. PDFfiller is very easy to use. It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.
Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

Excellent programme, does exactly what you need it to. I'm very satisfied with it.The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars, was because it is slightly slow to use, in that there are a lot of buttons and windows.It could be made to be more intuitive, and more straightforward.But nevertheless, it does do what I need! So no complaints.

PDFFILLER, I have tried many and many have failed, typically to overstate and underdeliver, however. PDFFILLER, is the nerd in the room understated but delivers at every turn. There have been times though that I was sure they misssed something, that is untill I call support and talk about delivery. A product is only as good as the support team behind it. Hours spent trying to figure out this glitch, testing this and testing that, and the support agent just as friendly and helpful at hour three as at hour one, come to find out, it was my network, my VPN and firewall wasn't letting me upload documents, others were good and worked fine. except from my phone. Even then the agent was doing even more testing and providing his findings via screen recordings over email. I was amazed and it wasn't the first time. incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am not an easy person to please as most software isn't completly vetted before release but PDFFILLER has done their work and worth every penny.
