Questions & Answers

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you want to rename the file, you need to save it to your computer, but then it's no longer connected with the email message. You do this just like you rename any other file, by using your operating systems's file name functions.
Open File Explorer, select the files you want to rename, and then press F2. The last file in the list is selected. Type the name you wish to use and press Enter. All the files you selected are given the same name with successive numbers in parentheses.
There are four probable reasons why your PDF cannot be renamed – 1) The file is still open with an application 2) the file is deleted or changed in another window 3) the file is being named too long or with characters that are not allowed 4) the file was made with a faulty application.
Click a PDF file you want to rename, then right-click the file -> select Rename -> Type the desired name for the PDF files and press "Enter". 2. Or click a PDF file you want to rename, then click the name of the file and you can change the name directly.
Go to your Docs in the main navigation > Document library and then select the document with the name to change. The title of the PDF can be found at the top of the page, click on it and it will auto-magically turn into a text input. Write in the new title and click the Save title button to the right-hand side.
