What do you like best?
I manage customer service at high tech firms but at home I am just a mom. And every summer I have the nightmare of getting medical forms for kids to summer camps. Usually it is a real pain of printing the form, filling in the info for the kid, scanning it, faxing it to the pediatrician. This time I decided to try PDFfiller which I use at work, and it literally took me 3 min to do two camps! I just imported the medical form pdf, filled it in, and faxed it to the doctor's office right from the app. Nightmare no more :-)
What do you dislike?
Some UI feels non-standard. For example I could only save the pdf in my downloads folder rather than being able to select the folder I wanted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Primarily, filling of paper forms online, for example insurance and tax paperwork for new employees.

Select a shape from the drop-down gallery and then draw it the size that you want. Right-click the shape and choose Format Shape. In the dialog box, in the Fill section, select the Transparency slider and drag rightward to set the degree of transparency you want.
Click the Design tab. In the Page Background group, click the Watermark button. A menu plops down with a host of predefined watermarks that you can safely duck behind the text on your document's pages. Choose a watermark from the menu. The watermark is applied to every page in your document.
For Word 2016 or 2013, go to Design > Watermark > Custom Watermark from the menu at the top of the program. For Word 2010 or 2007, go to Page Layout > Watermark > Custom Watermark. For Word 2003, go to Format > Background > Printed Watermark.

Click the "Washout" option on the drop-down menu, under the heading "Recolor." The options don't display labels, but if you hover the cursor over a Color option, a label will pop up. The washout option will simply show what your selected picture will look like if you wash it out.
Double-click near the top of the page to open the header. Click the watermark to select it. (Try moving the cursor over the watermark until the cursor displays a four-headed arrow.)
Double-click the header to activate the header/footer area, and then you will be able to select the watermark and change its properties, including resizing it.
For custom Text watermarks, select the Page Background group under the Design tab. Click the Watermark button, then click Custom Watermark. In the Printed Watermark window, click the Text Watermark option, then enter your custom Text, Language, Font, Size, Color, Layout, and then click the Semitransparent box.
