If so then you can use the form tool(s) to remove all the form fields. That'll leave you with just your PDF page content. Go to Form Edit mode (Tools - Forms - Edit), select all the fields in the list and press Delete, then return to the normal viewing mode and save the file.
What version of Acrobat do you have? If you have X or XI, you can go to the Tools Panel and select the Forms pane then click on Edit Form. This puts Acrobat into Form Edit Mode. Now you should be able to click on a text field, Right click and select Delete.

1 Answer. You can can either select the striketrough comment directly on the text and press Delete or you can go to the Comment pane, open the Comments List panel, select the comments you want to remove and delete them.

To do so, in Adobe Acrobat, go to Tools, followed by Content Editing to select the Edit Text and Images option. From there, highlight and select the individual crop marks you want to remove. Once they are selected in their own highlighted box, hit delete to remove them, and save the revised PDF.
