In Tools menu, click Options Click View tab. Under Formatting Marks, select or de-select Hidden Text Click OK to exit.
Click the Review tab, click Show Markup, and uncheck the Comments option to hide comments.
Find the comment you want to delete, right-click the comment, and click Delete Comment to delete a comment. Click the Review tab, click Show Markup, and uncheck the Comments option to hide comments.

On the Review tab, in the Comments section, click Next to select a comment. On the Review tab, click Delete. To delete all comments at once, click the arrow next to Delete, and then click Delete All Comments in Document.
Step 1: Go to the Review tab, click the Display for Review. Step 2: Select the desired option from the drop-down menu. If you want to hide all of the changes temporarily, take a look at the options in the menu Simple Markup. If you choose No Markup option, all of the markups in the document will disappear.
Open the Word document. In the menu at the top of the Word document, click the Review tab. Go to the Comment section of the Review tab. Click on the arrow under Delete and select Delete All Comments in Document.
Click the comment, and on the Review tab, click Delete. To remove all comments at once, click a comment, and then on the Review tab, click the arrow below Delete, and click Delete All Comments in Document.
On the View tab, click Print Layout in the Document Viewsgroup. On the Review tab, click Show Markup in the Tracking group, and then select the Comments check box. To display the comments the way that you want them to appear in the printed document, do one of the following:
