I am glad to have this service available. The use is a little awkward ... hard to navigate between pages. Wish it was easier. I do like the ease of accessing and saving documents from the website to my computer.

So far so good. I like the friendly interface and the different options of sending processed files. I would like to request developers to incoporate "rotating page" for some documents that may be uploaded upside down

To show author initials, click History > Hide Authors. Note: The Hide Authors button is a toggle that you click to turn on or off. Click it again if you no longer want to see author initials. You can also see a list of the changes in a shared notebook, which makes it easier to review other peoples' changes.
In the shared notebook containing author's formatting marks, click the View tab. Click Hide Authors to remove the color bars and author initials.
To turn off the the Author tags that appear, you can go to the Ribbon area and click on Share > Hide Authors. This will remove the initials that appear next to new notes / content. We now should have both the author tags and highlighting of new changes turned off.
Sign up for a OneDrive account. Open the OneNote notebook that you wish to transfer. Click on the notebook tab. Right-click on the notebook. ... Click on Change Location. Navigate to your OneDrive folder location.
If you're using OneNote 2016, choose File > Share > Share with People. If you're using OneNote 2013, choose File > Share > Invite People. Under Shared with, right-click the person's name. Choose to remove the user completely or change their permissions.
Open your Notebook in OneNote Online. Look in the navigation area on the left side of the screen. Click on the icon that looks like three stacked lines (the hamburger or the flapjacks icon). Click on the navigation icon and select Hide All from the list.
Then hover your mouse over the top-level text and notice the little handle that appears. Put your cursor over this, double-click and hey presto all the text below has been hidden. You now see a small [+] next to the text that can be used to expand the hidden text.
You can help keep your private notes safe from prying eyes by protecting a OneNote notebook section with a password. When a section is password-protected, all of its pages are locked until you enter the correct password. Right-click the section tab you want to protect and then choose Password Protect this Section.
You can close any notebook that you're no longer actively working in (for example, when a project is completed). Closing a notebook does not delete its content it merely removes the name of the notebook from your list of recent notebooks.
Section Groups in OneNote let you create a group of sections that are kept separate from the rest of the notebook. Section Groups in OneNote appear in the Notebook Header along with other sections, but the icon looks like three small section tabs stacked upon one another.
