I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

I would like it better if you just advertised "A Great Price" instead of advertising a "free" service. I would like to look at the tutorials before watching a webinar to get more familiar first.

Removing Entries Press "Shift-Delete" to remove the highlighted entry from the list. If you want to remove multiple entries, visit your browser history by pressing "Ctrl-H." Click the check box next to each entry you wish to remove and select "Remove Selected Items" to delete the selected entries.
To add an item, go to the end of the list and type the new item. To remove an item, press Delete. Tip: If the item you want to delete is somewhere in the middle of your list, right-click its cell, click Delete, and then click OK to shift the cells up.
