Everything is understandable and the use of the program is very easy to understand. 3.- Its use can be integrated with dropbox, googlr drive, box and onedrive. 3.- You can use files that are in your pc, your cloud or in some website (in this case you just have to enter the link). 4.- with the built-in editor you can add images, scratch, write in the text, delete sectors, hide words or paragraphs with black, add lines, and many other things. 5.- You can save your work in pdf, word, excel or powerpoint format. It also includes the option to send via mail, fax or simply share the link. the bad thing, is that if or if you must register to use it, which perhaps is not something serious, but the program forces you to do so.

They hate it because they need to draw their own conclusions. The functional resume format was created to cover up gaps in an applicant's experience and recruiters know it. They will skip straight down to the work history to try and figure what you're hiding.
Functional resumes have a bad reputation. Hiring managers and recruiters believe that functional resumes are used by job seekers who need to hide some information like a long gap in employment or outdated skills (the very things hiring managers *don't* want).
Functional resumes Take the time to develop a strong functional resume. Functional resumes highlight your abilities, such as hiring, managing or coaching, rather than your chronological work history. You'll still need to summarize your work history, but this is usually done at the bottom of your resume.
Which format do most employers prefer for resumes? The three most common resume formats are reverse chronological, hybrid, and digital.
Reverse Chronological, Technically A chronological resume lists your work history in order of date, with the most recent position at the top. It might include a resume objective or career summary before the list of work experiences.
Recruiters help you through the process. A good recruiter strives to provide the best candidates for their clients. Many will prepare you for the job placement process, from applying to accepting an offer. ... You can also improve your resume, portfolio, and other applicant documents with the help of a recruiter.
The short answer is, it depends. Summary statements are usually best for more experienced professionals with years of experiences to tie together with a common theme (read: brand). Or, alternatively, they can be used to tie together disparate experiences with a set of key transferable skills.
A resume summary statement is a one- to two-sentence professional introduction that you can add to the top of your resume to highlight your most valuable skills and experiences. The resume summary can help employers quickly learn whether you have the skills and background they require.
Put your best achievements in your professional summary. Use 23 accomplishments plus the same number of skills. Add your name, title, any certification, and years of experience to a summary for a resume. Weld your summary for resumes to the job by adding measurable achievements that match the job ad.
A resume summary statement is a short paragraph at the beginning of a resume that highlights a job seeker's professional skills and experience. It gives hiring managers a glimpse into the job seeker's expertise before diving into their resume.
