Not your fault Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm

In the Invoice window templates pop up, choose Edit current template to open up Layout Designer. In Layout Designer, choose File->Delete Template. Select the template you want to delete and press the delete button.
Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.
Open QuickBooks. Select Lists > Template. Right-click on all non-used invoices and select Make Template Inactive (you should have only one active invoice template). Go to Invoices and verify the desired template is the only one that is active.
From the Customers menu, select Create Invoices. At the top of the invoice, select the Invoice template selection button and choose Edit Template. This opens the Layout Designer view. Choose File at the top of the Layout Designer. You can now export or import the template as desired.
Log in to your QuickBooks and from the top of the page, click on the gear icon. Then click on account and settings or company setting. From the left menu, choose a company and click on the "edit" or pencil icon to change or update your company's information.
Either select List > Template from your menu or go to the Purchase Order page from the home screen and click on Customize. Select Customize Data Layout Select Basic Customization
After you have located the invoice, click the Edit menu on the menu bar, then click Void Invoice or Delete invoice. 4. If you Delete an invoice, QuickBooks will ask you to confirm that you want to delete this transaction.
Go to Customers menu and click Customer Center. Click Transactions Tab then choose Invoices. Filter Invoices by Open Invoices and locate the invoice that needs to be deleted. Open the Invoice and click the Delete button then choose delete in the drop-down menu. Click Yes and then OK.
