The go-to for creating useful PDF files This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too! Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

It's best if you are able to avoid a holdover tenancy altogether; this way, you won't have to alter any of your rental business proceedings. You should remind your tenant that their lease is ending at least 60 days before the last day of the term.
Under the rent stabilization rules, your landlord must mail you a lease renewal 90 to 150 days prior to the expiration of your current lease. If you do not return the lease within 60 days, the landlord may refuse to renew your lease and could move to evict you after the lease expires.
In most states, when termination is without cause, a landlord must give the tenant either a 30-day or 60-day termination notice. If the tenant refuses to move out or fix the violation after receiving a termination notice, the landlord can file an eviction lawsuit.
If your lease expires and you stop paying your landlord rent, or use your final month's rent deposit to pay your last lease term, you've effectively severed your lease as planned. Because of this, both the landlord and the tenant may expect the property to be vacated by the date specified in the lease agreement.
There are specific procedures that come into effect before a landlord may kick you out (evict). Generally, there is a notice, the notice period will expire and then the landlord will file in court a summons. ... Usually a landlord would give you this notice 30 days prior to the lease expiring.
If your lease states that the landlord must give you a 30 day notice before the lease ends, then you should see an attorney.
If a tenant continues to pay rent after a lease ends, in most states the terms of the expired lease carry over into a month-to-month tenancy. ... A landlord and a tenant may also agree to extend the tenancy by signing a new lease agreement. The landlord can change the terms of the lease and increase the rent.
Once your lease expires you must vacate the property. There is no "extra" time period for you to continue occupying the property. After your lease expires if you remain in possession of the rental property without the consent of your landlord...
A holdover tenant is a renter who remains in a property after the expiration of the lease. If the landlord continues to accept rent payments, the holdover tenant can continue to legally occupy the property, and state laws and court rulings determine the length of the holdover tenant's new rental term.
HOLDING OVER. The act of keeping possession by the tenant, without the consent of the landlord of premises which the latter, or those under whom he claims, had leased to the former, after the term has expired.
