easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.

To help clear this up, you can show each author's initials next to their changes. To show author initials, click History > Hide Authors. Note: The Hide Authors button is a toggle that you click to turn on or off. Click it again if you no longer want to see author initials.
Click File > Options. In the Options dialog box, change your user name and initials in the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office section.
3. To turn off the the Author tags that appear, you can go to the Ribbon area and click on Share > Hide Authors. This will remove the initials that appear next to new notes / content.
You can change both the name and initials within Outlook. Click File, then Options and click the General tab. Click the Initials text box in the Personalize Your Copy of Microsoft Office panel. You can delete the initials in the text box or change them to any initials you want.

Open the OneNote notebook that you wish to share on OneDrive. Click File. Select Share from the list on the left. Select your OneDrive account in the Share Notebook pane. ... Navigate to the destination in OneDrive. Enter the same name or a new name for the notebook. Click Move Notebook.
But if you want to disable OneDrive syncing, it is very easy. Just click on the File Menu, then from the Info menu, click on View Sync Status. A small window will open with a list of all your notebooks. Click on Sync Manually and from now on, OneNote will no longer sync automatically to OneDrive.
