It is my alternative for quick editing of pdf documents I edit PDF documents quickly It's software is quite intuitive. It is easy to handle. To fill out forms is great. Also to add the signatures to the documents Once I wrote to technical support and I'm still waiting for an answer. It's the only negative I can say. In the end I solved the problem I had in another way

Yes, It's Legal! Many people assume that it's illegal to stamp or write on paper currency, but they're wrong! ... You CANNOT burn, shred, or destroy currency, rendering it unfit for circulation.
It's not inherently illegal to write on money. It's only a crime to deface money "with intent to render such item(s) unfit to be reissued" which is admittedly kind of vague. Basically if you write on it in a way that would make it unusable it's a crime.

So, is it illegal to deface American currency? The answer is YES and NO.
The specific federal law at issue is 18 USC 333, which proscribes criminal penalties against anyone who mutilates, cuts, defaces, disfigures, or perforates, or unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, or ...
The biggest thing to know is you can still use the bill as long as you have three-fourths of it and can still read the serial number. And if your bill can't be saved, don't worry! There are other options on how to revive your torn cash.
But it is, in fact, illegal to deface money, and in this case US dollars to the point that it becomes unusable. As quoted from the Secret Service official website: Defacement of currency is a violation of Title 18, Section 333 of the United States Code. ... But technically writing is still defacing.

So, is it illegal to deface American currency? The answer is YES and NO.
It is not illegal to write on bank notes in Canada. There are prohibitions, however, on reproducing a current Canadian bill electronically. The question of whether it is illegal or not to write or make markings on Canadian money came up after the death of famous actor Leonard Nimoy.
US dollar notes are legal tender, even if someone writes on it or stamps a message on it. ... Neither action is a crime... you can either destroy or deface US currency, but if it's whole and recognizable, it's good. However if you try to "mix and match" the pieces to make counterfeit notes, it's a Federal crime.
