For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Again, not because of any intelligence measuring, but just because people who are good at standardized tests tend to continue to be good at standardized tests. But perhaps I've been wrong. A new study suggests that LSAT performance isn't the best indicator of future bar passage.
The bar may be "harder" the sense that it requires more preparation, but the vast majority of law students who take it seriously pass. If you consider "passing" the LSAT to be a score that will get you into an ABA school (call it 150), then the LSAT has a 50% fail rate.
So in conclusion THE BAR EXAM IS HARD. But it can be done! Always keep that in mind. If 40% fail, that means that 60% or better pass.
With more PrepTests being available, people get more opportunity to practice the LSAT, which allows them to score higher on test day. Overall though, I think the LSAT got a little bit easier for a brief moment around 2004-2008, but now it's getting harder once again.
The LSAT requires no memorization, and is testing very different skills from the Bar. The LSAT is designed to get a picture of your intellectual potential to succeed in law school while the bar wants to make sure you have learned the actual state laws of the state you want to practice in.
Once your brain gets in that rhythm, it will run very efficiently, and you'll find that your scores will increase. There's no secret to getting a 160 on the LSAT. It just takes hard work. But, more than that, it takes smart work.
Average LSAT Score The LSAT score range is 120180, and the median score is approximately 152. You need to get about 60 questions right (out of 99102 questions) to get that median score of 152, which means you need to bat about 60 percent.
The LSAT is scored on a scale of 120-180. The average score is about 150, but if you're looking to get into one of the top 25 law schools, your score should be well over 160. There are about 101 questions in each test and each question answered correctly accounts for one point of your raw score.

The LSAT has a scale of 180 down to 120. The average LSAT score is around 150. The LSAT has a margin of error, but 145 is considered a symbolic line by legal education experts and school administrators. ... So the vast majority of law schools are not only shrinking in size but also admitting less-qualified students.
