I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

An agreement becomes enforceable when there is evidence that the parties intended to create a legally binding agreement. Thus, the enforceability of a memorandum of understanding depends on the intent of the parties.
A memorandum of understanding is a document that describes the broad outlines of an agreement that two or more parties have reached. MOUs communicate the mutually accepted expectations of all of the parties involved in a negotiation. While not legally binding, the MOU signals that a binding contract is imminent.
How far it is relevant and how it is enforced. MOU is generally the first stage of agreement for the formation of a formal contract. Although MOUs are not legally binding but are considered as a serious document by the law.
A 'Memorandum of Understanding' is also known as an 'MOU'. MOUs are generally used to document a relationship of goodwill between the parties to the MOU. MOUs are generally not legally binding (however note that a MOU may be legally binding if it satisfies all of the six elements of a Contract).
Intend to be immediately bound The introduction will also usually seek to clarify that the document is intended to be legally binding. If your agreement falls into this class then you will be bound by it even if no formal agreement is ever signed, and even if you have called it a MoU.

Identification: all parties involved are listed by their legal name, address, and business (if applicable). The MOU must also identify itself as an MOU, not a contract. Intention: the MOU must clearly identify the purpose of the agreement.
In situations where registered documents are mandatory, no amount of legal jargon would make an MoU stand up in a court of law. ... Precautions while drafting an MoU Since an MoU cannot be legally enforced, you need to be careful while drafting it.
MOU is like a contract, but it does not have to carry the same legal weight. ... A memorandum of understanding is an agreement between two parties in the form of a legal document. It is not fully binding in the way that a contract is, but it is stronger and more formal than a traditional gentleman's agreement.
