It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs.
and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily.
Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently.
Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

What do you like best?
I enjoy PDF Filler because it is not as expensive as Adobe Pro, and it allows me to quickly edit, sign, and return any PDF document I would normally need to print out, and scan back to myself.
What do you dislike?
One dislike I have is the fact I need to download everything. It would be really helpful if everything would be automatically saved on something like a onedrive (cloud storage), where it would be automatically saved. This way, I can have a local folder on my computer without needing to go into the webpage and click download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to waste paper to download a form, and fill it out. Normally I would need to do this, then scan it back to myself. now I can upload, edit, and sign the form which saves a lot of time.

You can use a simple form, called a quitclaim deed, to transfer your joint property ownership to either yourself, a family member, a former spouse, or even a trust. ... In using a quitclaim deed, you are able to make the necessary legal changes, allowing you to move on to your new beginning more quickly.
Why would you use a quit claim deed?
Quitclaim deeds are most often used to transfer property within a family. For example, when an owner gets married and wants to add a spouse's name to the title, or when the owners divorce and one spouse's name is removed from the title.
What is the purpose of a quit claim deed?
A quitclaim deed is a legal instrument that is used to transfer interest in real property. The entity transferring its interest is called the grantor, and when the quitclaim deed is properly completed and executed, it transfers any interest the grantor has in the property to a recipient, called the grantee.
Does a quit claim deed transfer ownership?
A person who signs a quitclaim deed to transfer property he does not own results in no title at all being transferred since there is no actual ownership interest. ... Deed transfers of any kind (warranty or quitclaim) impact only the ownership (title) and do not change or affect any mortgage on the property.
Is a quit claim deed safe?
Because quitclaim deeds expose the grantee to certain risks, they are most often used between family members and where there is no exchange of money. Due to this, quitclaim deeds typically are not used in situations where the property involved has an outstanding mortgage.
Do you have to pay taxes on a quit claim deed?
Because no money changes hands during a quitclaim, the Internal Revenue Service applies federal gift tax rules to these transactions. Under the gift tax rules, the grantor must pay tax on the property through a federal income tax return.
Is a quitclaim deed good?
A quitclaim deed can convey title as effectively as a warranty deed if the grantor has a good title when the deed is delivered. It is the lack of any warranties, however, that make a quitclaim deed less attractive from a grantee's perspective.
Why would someone do a quit claim deed?
Quitclaim deed. A quitclaim deed is a legal instrument that is used to transfer interest in real property. ... This means that the grantor does not guarantee that they actually own any interest in the property at the time of the transfer, or if they do own an interest, that the title is free and clear.
What are the benefits of a quit claim deed?
This type of deed can offer tax advantages when transferring property into a family member's name. The commonly seen advantage of using a quitclaim deed instead of the traditional warranty deed is keeping the property within the family without incurring additional cost.
How long is a quit claim deed good for?
In most states, there is a period of two years following the deed's filing date during which the quitclaim deed can be contested. If either the grantor or grantee wants to challenge the validity of the quitclaim deed, the challenge must be made during this time period.
