PDF Filler For me Im tech savvy, so I can quickly find my way around for the features that I need myself, however for others they may find it tedious to find the feature, maybe I feel that way because I went through google suites, I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating, however most people must complained that it was not free, which is not really a big issue, no software is totally free, they need to make money, so they will surely make some features available as trail, if you need more stuff then pay, 100%, I don't agree with the negative reviews., that's why I stuck around for the software. I love this software, actually it is one particular feature that is EXTREMELY attractive for me, which is the ability to make a form that is 1) fillable, 2) electronically signable, 3) that can be available via a link, 4) that can be placed on a website, 5) and best of all accessible only by secure login. All these features are amazing. Not so clear features however I'm tech savvy so I had no problem, others they may find it tedious to find needed features. I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating.

Strictly speaking, this is not legally possible. The resignation decision is the employee's decision alone. An employer can not refuse to accept it. This is no different to dismissal being the employer's decision, the employee can not refuse to accept that they have been dismissed in accordance with the contract.
An employer cannot legally refuse your resignation. If you have signed a contract stating you will give proper notice before leaving the company, and you do in fact give that amount of notice, that is that. In layman's terms, you're basically quitting on good grounds. They cannot force you to stay.
According to the Labor Code of the Philippines, an employee may terminate his/her employment with or without just cause or reason. ... (a) An employee may terminate without just cause the employee-employer relationship by serving a written notice on the employer at least one (1) month in advance.
There are no federal or state laws requiring employees to provide their boss with two weeks' notice when quitting. Most states have adopted something called the at-will doctrine. This doctrine gives an employer the right to terminate an employee at any time, without cause or any reason.
When you resign from a position, the normal practice is to give two weeks notice to your employer. ... However, while you should make every effort to notify your supervisor of your resignation as soon as possible, sometimes circumstances require that you leave immediately.
Just because an employee has resigned does not mean an employer cannot take disciplinary action against him should the employer need to. ... Therefore, if an employee commits misconduct during this period (or the employer becomes aware of misconduct), the employee can still be disciplined.
In summary, your employer cannot refuse your resignation unless you haven't provided the right amount of notice that is detailed in your employment contract.

By resigning with immediate effect, an employee is in breach of contract. The employer has a choice: Firstly, it may hold the employee to the contractual notice period. ... Secondly, the employer may 'accept' the resignation, cancel the contract and claim damages.
