I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Select the cells that have currency formatting. On the Home tab, in the Number group, click General. Cells that are formatted with the General format do not have a specific number format.
To work around this issue, you can change the formatting on the cell to "General" instead of "Text." To do this, follow these steps: Click the Edit Document button to unlock the document so you can make changes to it. Right-click the cell with the pound signs in it, and choose Format Cell.
When working in Excel, you may encounter a situation where your cell shows multiple pound signs #####. This means that the number that should be displayed in the cell is too wide for that cell. You can make the number fit that cell by widening the column.
Cause: The cell is formatted as Text, which causes Excel to ignore any formulas. This could be directly due to the Text format, or is particularly common when importing data from a CSV or Notepad file. Fix: Change the format of the cell(s) to General or some other format.
The more common occurrence is to see hash marks displayed when the cell contains a numeric (or date) value. If the cell is too narrow to display the value, then the hash marks are shown. They indicate that an "overflow" condition has occurred and that your value cannot be displayed as you want.
Yes, it's easy with Excel's Euro Currency tool. Excel can convert currency given the right tools.
(1) Select the source currency U.S. Dollar from the left list box; (2) Choose the currency EURO that you want to convert from the right list box; (3) Click Update rate button to get the latest exchange rates; (4) Then click Fill options button.
Type =A2*$B$2 in a new column in your spreadsheet (the above example uses column D). Be sure to include a $ symbol before B and before 2 in the formula, and press ENTER. ... Drag the formula down to the other cells in the column.
However, if you need to change the default currency that Excel uses, you need to do it from the Control Panel settings. Go to Control Panel Region and Language Settings Additional Settings. Now choose the Currency tab and the desired default currency symbol. This can significantly save your time.
Enter this formula: =SUBSTITUTE(A1,"*","") into a blank cell besides your data, B1, for instance, and then press Enter key, see screenshot: 2. Then select cell B1, and drag the fill handle down to the range cells that need apply this formula, and all the asterisks have been removed from the cells, see screenshot: 3.
