So far so good. I am researching it for our small psychological services business. Right now parents have to fax or re-scan documents. We are really excited about the possibility of using fillable templates. Concerns: security, number of users, organzing workflow

Page Numbers: Your last name and the page number should appear in the upper right corner of each page of your essay, including the first page, as in Jones 3. Insert your name and the page number as a "header." Do not type this information where the text of your essay should be. Title: Your essay should include a title.
Find the page number of your source. Use the exact page that the fact or quote appeared on. ... Write out your sentence. ... Write the page number in parentheses at the end of the sentence. ... Write p or pp before the page number. ... Put commas between non-sequential page numbers.
APA in-text citation style uses the author's last name and the year of publication, for example: (Field, 2005). For direct quotations, include the page number as well, for example: (Field, 2005, p. 14). For sources such as websites and e-books that have no page numbers, use a paragraph number.
Place all page numbers in the top right corner in the header. Though the APA Style rules ask for page numbering to start on the title page, a common academic convention is to include the title page in the total page count but start the numbering on page two.
