I need to be able to attach photos to the document, but don't see how to do this. It shows how to upload photos to the form, but the pictures cover the form. I need a seperate page for photos to merge them.

Product is very easy to use! Sam, CSR# is 13005, is a very valuable employee & should be rewarded for providing A-1 customer service. His persistence to solve all & any issues, explain everything in detail & make sure I was content before ending our "chat session" was extremely appreciated, thank you for hiring someone that gives that high quality of customer care~

It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.

I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

This app is great This app is great. I wish there were more affordable options. I have used it a lot recently but this will not be normal. But it would be convenient to use sporadically at a lesser cost.

Outstanding customer service So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

How To Write An IOU Letter Step 1: Use a Formal Header. Step 2: Address the Recipient. Step 3: Clearly State the Purpose. Step 4: Provide Details. Step 5: Express Commitment. Step 6: Sign the Letter. Step 7: Keep a Copy. Step 8: Deliver the Letter.
Generally, a promissory note should include: The legal names, addresses and phone numbers for each person or company involved. The amount of the loan. When the loan has to be paid back. If you are charging interest, put down the amount of interest on the loan.
The IOU is not a legally binding document, but it is a promise made by the borrower to pay back the funds. A person may use an IOU when borrowing cash from friends or family members or making informal arrangements with individuals and businesses.
Yes. You should use written agreements like promissory notes when you lend or borrow money from family or friends to ensure that everyone understands the details of the loan and consequences for nonpayment.
As documentary evidence of a debt, a signed IOU is as good as any promissory note. Only the bells and whistles of a promissory note are missing. Any defense that could be used against a signed IOU can be used against a promissory note.
You can create a Promissory Note as a lender or borrower by following these steps: Select the location. Our Promissory Note template will customize your document specifically for the laws of your location. Provide party details. Establish the terms of the loan. Include final details. Sign the document.
There are 10 basic provisions that should be in a loan agreement. Identity of the parties. The names of the lender and borrower need to be stated. Date of the agreement. Interest rate. Repayment terms. Default provisions. Signatures. Choice of law. Severability.
At a bare minimum, an IOU should include the borrower's name, the lender's name, the amount of the debt, the current date, the date the debt is due, and the borrower's signature. In addition, it's recommended that IOUs contain: How the debt is to be repaid (lump sum or installments)
A handwritten or “informal” promissory note can be legally valid. What matters most is that the document clearly outlines the loan terms, including the loan amount, repayment schedule and the parties involved.
It's worth noting that IOUs may not always hold up in court as easily as other legal documents like written contracts or promissory notes. However, having an IOU can make it easier for lenders to prove that money was indeed loaned out and needs to be repaid.
Yes. You should use written agreements like promissory notes when you lend or borrow money from family or friends to ensure that everyone understands the details of the loan and consequences for nonpayment.
Include key terms of the loan, such as the lender and borrower's contact information, the reason for the loan, what is being loaned, the interest rate, the repayment plan, what would happen if the borrower can't make the payments, and more. The amount of the loan, also known as the principal amount.
What to include in a promissory note: Names and addresses of both parties. Amount of money borrowed (principal amount) Amount to be repaid (principal and interest) When and how often payments will be made (payment schedule, or “due dates”) Interest rate and repayment specifics.
State what each side agrees to do. Clearly write out the terms of the loan. Include information about the date of the loan, the payment terms, interest, schedule of payments, late charges, default, and any other details in the agreement. Explain that the contract represents the entire agreement.
Examples of IOU transactions borrowing money from a friend. taking out a loan. lending personal belongings to someone. promising to cook or clean for someone in exchange for their help.
