This is my second time using this program & I don't recall having to line up the cursor each time where I wished to type. It would be easier to tab between fields.

4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I had a little issue trying to find out how to print the form. Also, the little movable box that kept showing me where to check got in the way of reading the document. I X'ed it out most of the time so I could read the instructions.

The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would consider what you need it for and the price. It serves a good use for pdf editing and file management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has simplified my study resources by allowing me to combine relevant documents.
