I have tried a couple other products and they do not compare with the ease of the PDFfiller product. I am over 80 and faced with a great deal of medical paperwork regarding insurance, test results, doctors paperwork and hospital paperwork. My handwriting is a bit shaky with age and at times people can not read what I have attempted to write. I used PDFfiller on a several pages of a doctor's information form and it was a breeze and people could read my answers. The doctors staff wanted to know how I did it and thanked me many times for doing it with PDFfiller.

What do you like best?
I manage customer service at high tech firms but at home I am just a mom. And every summer I have the nightmare of getting medical forms for kids to summer camps. Usually it is a real pain of printing the form, filling in the info for the kid, scanning it, faxing it to the pediatrician. This time I decided to try PDFfiller which I use at work, and it literally took me 3 min to do two camps! I just imported the medical form pdf, filled it in, and faxed it to the doctor's office right from the app. Nightmare no more :-)
What do you dislike?
Some UI feels non-standard. For example I could only save the pdf in my downloads folder rather than being able to select the folder I wanted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Primarily, filling of paper forms online, for example insurance and tax paperwork for new employees.

Easy, and very convenient. Saves me lots of time. It's fast and easy, navigation of the site is easy, uploading and editing a document is easy, the SendToSign option is phenomenal! As of right now I have not really come across any thing that I dislike. The site is pretty self explanatory.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Search Text in PDF. Search and Redact

The search tool is one of pdfFiller’s the latest enhancements. Using this tool, you can find a word or a phrase in a PDF document. Now you can save even more time editing or annotating your PDFs because our search tool not only finds words, but also enables you to erase, highlight, and redact them. To activate the Search tool, click the Search button on the main toolbar or press CTRL+F on your keyboard.

The search toolbar will appear under the editing tools.

Type the text you want to find in the search field. The counter will show you the total number of search terms found in the document and the ordinal number of the current search term. The currently selected term is highlighted in green, the others in red.

To jump to the next search term, click the down arrow; to go to the previous instance, click the up arrow. To redact the selected search term, click Blackout.

How to Use the Search and Redact Text in PDF Feature

The Search and Redact Text in PDF feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily find and remove sensitive information from your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the pdfFiller website and log in to your account.

Upload the PDF document you want to search and redact text from.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Edit' button.

In the editing toolbar, click on the 'Search and Redact' option.

A search box will appear on the right side of the screen. Enter the text you want to search for and redact.

Click on the 'Search' button to start the search process.

pdfFiller will highlight all instances of the searched text in the document.

To redact the text, click on the 'Redact' button next to each highlighted instance.

You can also choose to redact all instances of the searched text by clicking on the 'Redact All' button.

There are two steps to redact a PDF file: First, select the areas to be redacted, and then apply the redaction to remove the text. Redaction cannot be used on a PDF that has been digitally signed or certified.

Is there a way to search text in a PDF?

Use the Find command to search a PDF. You can search for words and phrases on a PDF file by simply using the Find command. Press Ctrl+F if you're using a Windows computer device, or press Command+F if you're using a Mac computer.
