What do you like best?
Such fillable forms usually cost $700 for a year's service. This is less than $150 per year. Easy to use and effective.
What do you dislike?
Some of the protocols are cumbersome. For instance, when you want a standard form, it makes you go through a process instead of taking you right to the form.

You can only combine two documents at a time. In the dialog, select your original document and one of the edited documents (and select the types of tracked changes and comments you want), and click OK. On the next pass, select the result of the first pass as the 'original document' and another edited document.
Launch Word and open the file that you want to merge into another file. ... Right-click anywhere in the highlighted area and choose Copy. ... Open the second Word file. ... Press Ctrl-Enter to add a new page with a page break for the copied document.
Open the document which is to receive the existing file. Put the cursor in the place you want the file to go. From the ribbon go to: Insert tab, Text section, Object and then Text from File. Navigate through your folder structure and select the file you want. Double-click on the file and the document will be added.
Open your document in Word. Right-click in an area of the document where you want to paste and merge the text. Click on the “Merge Formatting” icon under the Paste Options section of the context menu. The pasted text will now align with the current style for that section of your document.
Select Ctrl + C to copy all the comments. Alternately, you can right-click on any of the selected comments and then select Copy. 10. Open a new Word file or an existing Word file where you would like to paste the comments.
Firstly, place your cursor before a comment. Then press Shift+ Ctrl+ Down arrow to select the comment. And repeat step 2 several times if you want to select multiple comments below the first one too. Now right-click the comment you just select. And choose Copy option on the list-menu.
Unfortunately, Excel doesn't provide the feature to copy and paste all the comments to Word at once. However, with the following VBA code, you can quickly export all comments of active worksheet to the Word document.
