What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

Great experience! I was able to get the rental applications done for my house rental. Super easy to use. Clear instructions, I found enjoyable to use this software. I'm not that good with computers but I was able to use it without much difficulties. I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I had to take a little more time to find out how to get confirmation of my forms I sent, other than that it was fast and easy.

I had to cancel my subscription on the day it had renewed. I sent an email. Sara could not have been more helpful. My subscription was canceled, and I received an immediate return of the fee. It served my purposes It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes. It's a good tool.

What do you like best? The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information. What do you dislike? The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.
