The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to mark up pdf documents for my clients that otherwise I could not. I like the pen option to call out important numbers for them to review. Being able to highlight where there signature is needed is an added plus

ONE OF THE BEST PDF FILLER'S IVE USED… ONE OF THE BEST PDF FILLER'S IVE USED SO FAR. SOMETIMES THE FONT LOCATION/SIZE WILL PRINT DIFFERENT THAN IT APPEARS ON THE SCREEN BUT AN ADJUSTMENT OR TWO WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT.

It works and I'll keep using it! It's been a good experience. I have used it several times and it gets the job done. I get PDFs sent to me from time to time and it can't get much simpler than using the PDFfiller. It works great. Nothing that I am unhappy with. It works every time and I have come to depend on it. I am using it time to time for to fill the pdf. I got this because IRS fillable from will not let me I have used IRS form like 1099 and 1096 and other forms. Easy to move PDF and update. Also I can save filled PDF to my folder. I really like the filled and sign.
