I wish it wasn't so expensive...I'm still on the free trial right now but this app is great. Maybe offer like a college student pricing? I know us kids in college cant pay $40 a month for it

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great!
PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations.
The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. I only needed it for one purpose, to make my client's insurance claim sheets a fillable form so I wouldn't have to freehand it. After the initial struggle to get it structured right it works wonderfully

What do you like best?
Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with.
What do you dislike?
Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use
