Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.

Je l'utilise essentiellement pour ma paperasse professionnelle avec les administrations lorsque j'ai besoin de signer.Non seulement on fait des économies de papier mais en plus si on n'a pas d'imprimante ou qu'on se trouve sur le mobile ou la tablette on peut utiliser cette application. C'est top ! Pas besoin d'avoir un logiciel qui prend de la place dans l'ordinateur ou autre. Pas de risque de chopper un virus en téléchargeant !Facilité d'utilisation hors normes ! Je ne vois aucun point faible pour le moment. Si c'est le cas j'en ferai part.

Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), federal law requires employers to protect medical records as confidential information that is kept separate and apart from other business records.
This standard requires employers to maintain the medical and exposure records of employees that are exposed to toxic substances or harmful physical agents. The standard also requires employers to make those records accessible and available to employees or their legal representatives, and to OSHA.
Create a Checklist Greet patients and introduce yourself. Ask why the patient is being seen. Inquire about previous medical and surgical history. Ask about allergies and current medications. Request information about family medical history. Ask about social history, as well as smoking and drinking.
