initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

Great customer service
Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days!
I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.

Very good tool to add editable fields to pdf files. The maneuvering process can be a little awkward and can use some user feedback in those regards, but all in all, very worth the price.

What is a mortgage deed in the UK?
A mortgage deed is any legal instrument, in writing which passes, affirms or confirms an interest, right or property. It must be signed, attested, delivered and in some jurisdictions (but no longer England and Wales), sealed. It is commonly associated with transferring title to property usually known as conveyancing.
Can a friend witness a mortgage deed signature?
Having an independent witness is crucial to ensure the mortgage deed is signed correctly. An independent witness, such as a friend or neighbor, must have no financial or property interest in the mortgage. Consider seeking advice from personal legal experts to ensure your witness meets all requirements.
Can brothers' girlfriend witness a mortgage deed?
Your witness must be over the age of 18 and they must not be a relative/family member.
Can a friend witness a deed?
A party to a deed cannot be a witness to another signature to that deed. Legislation does not prohibit a signatory's spouse, co-habitee or civil partner from acting as a witness and it is also generally acceptable for an employee of a party to witness that party's signature.
Who can countersign a mortgage deed?
